How Yoffix Streamlined ISO/IEC Certification

As Yoffix expanded across Europe and began working with larger enterprise clients, data security expectations grew. Prospective customers increasingly required ISO/IEC certification as a baseline for vendor engagement. To meet these evolving demands and validate their internal security practices, the Yoffix team turned to Insight Assurance.

The Challenge

With a growing presence in the European market, Yoffix faced pressure to demonstrate compliance with international security standards. While the company had already invested in structured systems and prioritized data protection, external validation was essential.

 

Yoffix needed an audit partner who could deliver a structured path to certification and work seamlessly with their existing compliance tools. More than a checkbox exercise, the certification process had to support ongoing efficiency and client confidence.

The Solution

Yoffix connected with Insight Assurance through its automation partner, Vanta. “We spoke with several, and we really appreciated the call with one of your consultants,” said Co-founder and CEO Nikolay Grachev. 

 

The Yoffix team ultimately selected Insight Assurance for its clear communication style, timeline coordination and deep operational knowledge of the Vanta platform (every Insight Assurance auditor completes Vanta’s rigorous training and certification program). Insight Assurance’s project plan outlined each step in the ISO/IEC certification process, enabling Yoffix to prepare documentation and evidence in a structured, coordinated manner.

 

“We knew exactly what was coming in both certification steps,” Grachev explained. “So we could work more focused and prepare ourselves in a much more appropriate manner.”

The Results

Yoffix completed both stages of the ISO/IEC certification within the planned timeframe. The audit process helped Yoffix identify areas for improvement, refine internal processes, and centralize documentation — all of which strengthened their security posture. “It helped us become much more advanced in terms of data management and information management,” said Grachev.

The value was immediate. When a global client sent over a 120-question security questionnaire, Yoffix was ready. “It gave us confidence — we are at the level to work with such companies,” Grachev added.

With future audits already under contract and SOC 2 on the roadmap, Insight Assurance remains a trusted partner in the company’s growth.

“We had a very reliable process, and we were happy with the outcome,” Grachev said.
