We’re at a point in our growth where adding the right people matters more than adding more people. That’s the lens we used when we went looking for a Chief Revenue Officer, and it’s why we’re genuinely excited to welcome Ben Wright to the team. 

Ben brings a background that spans revenue leadership, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across SaaS and technology companies, from early-stage to established. What stood out most wasn’t just his track record. It was how he thinks about building: deliberately, systematically, and always with an eye on what scales. 

Why This Role, Why Now 

Over the past few years, Insight Assurance has grown significantly in team size, client base, and the complexity of the work we do. We now serve enterprise organizationsmid-market businesses, and startups across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, and the demand for multi-framework compliance support isn’t slowing down. 

At this stage, growth needs structure. It needs someone who can bring alignment across revenue functions, build systems that hold up at scale, and make sure the way we go to market matches the quality of the work we deliver. That’s the role Ben is stepping into. 

What Ben Will Be Focused On 

Ben’s focus will center on strengthening relationships across Insight Assurance’s broader ecosystem, expanding the company’s presence in mid-market and enterprise segments, and supporting continued global growth. A key priority will also be building more structured, data-driven revenue operations to ensure go-to-market execution aligns with how services are delivered. 

The Bigger Picture 

The compliance landscape has shifted. Organizations aren’t navigating a single framework anymore; they’re managing SOC 2ISO 27001PCI DSSHIPAAFedRAMPGDPR, and more, often simultaneously across regions, amid new pressure from evolving AI governance and privacy requirements. 

What clients need from an audit firm has changed, too. It’s less about completing an engagement and more about finding a team that understands how compliance fits into broader business objectives; one that can grow with you as those objectives evolve.
