There hasn’t been a single initiative behind it. Progress has come from how engagements are structured, how teams are aligned, and how consistently that approach is applied across different stages of growth.
How the Work Is Structured and Delivered
As the volume of work increases, consistency becomes harder to maintain.
Small gaps start to show up quickly, in how engagements are run, how reviews are handled, or how communication is managed. Keeping things steady at that stage requires more structure, not less.
That has been the focus: making sure engagements follow the same standards, and that the way the work is delivered does not depend on one-off decisions.
