2025 marked a pivotal year for Insight Assurance — one in which our vision matured, our global footprint expanded, and our offerings deepened in response to the evolving compliance and cybersecurity landscape. Five years ago, we began with a simple mission: deliver high-quality assurance and build trust for our clients. Today, that mission remains unchanged—but the scale, complexity, and impact of our work have grown significantly. 

From reinventing our brand identity to doubling our team, onboarding more than 2,000 clients worldwide, and adding major new frameworks, this year has been about stepping into a broader role: enabling organizations everywhere to navigate regulation and risk with confidence, across regions and time zones. 

 

Celebrating Five Years of Insight 

 

This year we marked our 5th anniversary. It’s a moment to recognize not only our own growth, but the trust our clients, partners, and team have placed in us since day one. Throughout the past five years, we’ve built a remote-first global team, embraced complexity (rather than shy away from it), and remained dedicated to our core values of integrity, excellence, trust, innovation, client-centricity, global perspective, and collaboration. 

 

Brand Refresh: A Visual Identity for What’s Next 

 

In 2025, we introduced a complete brand refresh — a new logo, updated color palette, and redesigned website — all under the banner of “Insight Assurance 2.0.”   

  • The refreshed logo, with softer curves and flowing lines, sets a tone of adaptability and modernity.   
  • Our new color palette leans into natural greens and deep tones, emphasizing clarity, confidence, and calm in a field often defined by complexity.   
  • The redesigned website and global brand rollout align our messaging across regions and reinforce our identity as a global leader in audit and assurance. 

 

This brand evolution reflects not just how we look, but how we work — bringing innovation, efficiency, and global alignment to every client engagement. 

 

Award Recognition – Reflecting Momentum and Client Trust 

 

INC 5000 & Growth-Focused Awards 

  • INC 5000: Recognized us among the fastest-growing independent companies, signaling sustained performance and scalability. 
  • INC Regionals: Highlighting our regional leadership and growth performance. 
  • FAST50 / USF Fast 56: These local growth awards underscore our roots and ongoing impact in regional markets. 

 

G2 & Client-Experience Awards 

  • G2: Clients Love Us – A mark of consistent positive feedback from our clients, validating our client-centric approach.

Service Expansion – New Frameworks and Capabilities 

 

2025 brought a strategic extension of our audit and assurance capabilities. Each new framework or designation demonstrates our commitment to staying ahead of regulatory change and helping clients navigate complexity. 

 

ISO/IEC 42001 – AI Management Systems 

 

We received accreditation to certify organizations against ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the first international standard for AI management systems — demonstrating our leadership in AI governance.   

This addition enables organizations deploying AI to document and certify structured governance, transparency, fairness, security, and accountability across the AI lifecycle.   

 

C3PAO / CMMC 

 

We added formal capability as a C3PAO supporting the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework — enabling defense-industry clients to pursue certification under evolving DoD cybersecurity requirements.   

This strengthens our federal and defense compliance portfolio and ensures clients operating in those sectors can rely on a provider that understands both the audit side and certification readiness. 

 

3PAO / FedRAMP & 3PAO / SCF 

 

We expanded to serve as a Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) for both the FedRAMP (federal cloud security) and the Security & Compliance Framework (SCF) frameworks — enabling cloud service providers and large enterprises to meet heightened regulatory and compliance requirements across federal and commercial sectors. 

 

By expanding into these new frameworks, we’ve further broadened our ability to serve organizations at the intersection of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity certification, and global operations. 

 

Headcount & Global Expansion 

 

This year, our team grew by 100% year-over-year, doubling in size to meet rising global demand. We expanded our formal presence into Australia and Japan, enhancing our APAC footprint, while continuing to build strength across EMEA and North America. 

 

Client Impact: Supporting Over 2,000 Organizations 

 

Our client base doubled in 2025, and we are proud to support over 2,000 organizations worldwide today. From startups scaling up to mid-market firms and large enterprises, our mission remains the same: to guide organizations through complex regulatory frameworks and help them build trust, security, and resilience. 

 

Looking Ahead to 2026 

 

2025 was a year of significant milestones — brand evolution, service expansion, global growth, and client impact. As we move into 2026, we remain focused on a few key priorities: 

  • Anticipating and aligning with emerging regulations (such as AI governance, supply-chain risk, cloud/compliance cross-jurisdictional frameworks). 
  • Enhancing automation and platform integrations to improve audit efficiency and client experience. 
  • Deepening industry-specific expertise across sectors such as defense, technology, healthcare, and financial services. 
  • Continuing to scale globally while maintaining the high standard of quality and trust our clients expect.
