According to co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Sergio Florez, the company realized that as DailyBot grew, demonstrating trust and security became important. Customers started asking detailed questions about their security practices, prompting him to explore a Systems and Organization Controls (SOC) audit.
“To build that trust and reassure [customers], we decided that pursuing a SOC 2 Type II compliance was the best way to provide that assurance,” Sergio explains. “It wasn’t just about compliance for us; it was about proving our commitment to data security and privacy in a way that aligned with industry standards.”
